"Dove fermano i treni" is a short story written through symbolism. Chiara's travel is a metaphor of a simple act, that is in its turn a sign of a corrput reality (ours), in which people (especially young people) are forced to run under fake and illusive covers. And still little would be enough to fight, because the weapons of this war are inside us, they are our heart and our dreams. I always say that Love is the heart's engine, and we live to love because its beats keep us alive. "Dove fermano i treni" wants to tell about Hatred inside Love, depicting the fact that they're not two different fellings, and that to hate means "to love the lack of love". The story has been inspired by the message that it's possible to really live only by loving, actively participating to events and facing them one after the other. Useless to care about what there will be after death, the important thing is live every moment and reach the end without regrets. Chiara realized this too late, and she'd like other people to avoid repeating the same mistake.
